Home on the Way is a local outreach to some of our neighbors in the valley who are in desperate need.
You can become in involved in several different ways. First, on the first Tuesday of each month, a team from SWC prepares dinner at the SWC kitchen at 2:00 PM and then leaves for the HOTW campus at 4:30 PM. They minister, serve dinner and encourage the people who gather there. You can take part in either preparing the meal or going with the team to serve, or both.
We also gather blankets in the fall/winter and water and supplies in the summer to take down to the ministry. Watch the SWC E-news (sign up here) or the Sunday Top Priority for information about when and what is being gathered for the ministry.
Prayer support is also greatly appreciated.
