Uncertainty

To be uncertain is uncomfortable. It leaves you out of balance, up in the air, with questions. Our Heavenly Father never meant for us to have to live with this huge question mark in our minds. It leaves us open to the suggestions of the enemy. One thing we must have settled in our mind and heart is, “I know in whom I believe.”  It is our true foundation—the Rock we build our life on, Jesus.    

Recently I have been dealing with health issues. We get lots of information and opinions, however our Spirit must have its anchor firmly attached to the Word of God.  Knowing the “I AM.” When reading in Luke the story about Jesus stilling the storm, I saw the truth in Jesus' words. "Don’t be afraid, take courage because I AM….” 

I am with you.  

I am your provider.

I Am your healer. 

I am your peace.

I am your Savior.

I am your helper.

I am your counselor.

I am….. I am….I am….  

To know the truth will set you free from all the attacks of the enemy. However, it must be the truth of the Word that makes your heart sing, "Jesus is the sweetest name I know; He is just the same as He lovely name.  That the reason why I love Him so, Jesus is the sweetest name I know." (Not think, not hope, not might be, not what someone else told me. I know in whom I have believed, and I can trust Him to always be the same no matter how I feel or don’t feel.  

I choose to trust and desire to get to know Him even more as I invest my trust and love in the Jesus whom the Father sent from Heaven, the Jesus who walked among us experiencing all the human feelings and trauma that we have. The same pure sinless soul that willingly and lovingly gave his life to cancel the debt of my sin and sickness. The same Jesus that rose again and now sits at the right hand of our Heavenly Father, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The Holy Spirit that He sent us to be our comforter and teacher helps us to be confident in our believing. He is the Amen to all that Father has revealed to us thru His Glorified Son. Now it is my choice to invest my love and confidence.
